The Mayors' Council of Guam is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to serve as DEPUTY DIRECTOR. This position supports the Executive Director in managing daily operations, coordinating municipal services, and assisting village mayors with programs, projects, and community needs. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, Management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of experience in government, administration, or program management
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively with elected officials, government agencies, and the public
- Valid Guam driver's license
